- Hazard
- The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation because the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and a thickness below the minimum specified requirement. A child could place the bag over their mouth and nose, be unable to remove it, and asphyxiate. The product also poses a risk of choking as the pop-its and chains fitted wholly in the small parts cylinder. Improvements are also required to labelling and markings.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
