The product presents a serious strangulation hazard as the strap intended to be worn fully or partially around the neck has no breakaway feature. The product poses a risk of suffocation as the bag in which the toy is supplied is made of flexible plastics and has an area of 167 mm x 425 mm with an average sheet thickness is 0.023 mm, which is less than the minimum permissible limit of 0.038mm.
