- The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, some fasteners of the blades of xylophone detached at forces included between 34 N and 80 N, releasing elements which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. The rod with the beads on the tail detached at a force of 25 N, also releasing beads which fit within the small parts cylinder which poses a choking hazard to young children.
