- This product poses a risk of suffocation as when tested it was found that the pink cup does not have any openings of more than 2mm diameters, a divider or scalloped edge pattern which presents a suffocation hazard to young children.
- Two of the suction cups fit entirely through template E, posing a choking hazard as the suction cups are capable of entering and blocking the child’s airways at the back of the mouth and upper throat.
- This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
