Subsample A showed 14.2 μg/kg of aflatoxin B1, and Subsample B showed 10.4 μg/kg, both surpassing the allowed 8 μg/kg threshold. The consignment was detained at the border by Spain’s authorities before being placed on the market.
A RASFF notification means that a risk was identified and shared between national authorities. It does not necessarily mean the product was sold in every country — check the distribution list and the measures taken.
