Summary
An EU product safety alert has been issued for a consignment of fruit of the species Vaccinium myrtillus from Russia, after a mismatch was found between the declared blueberries and the physical contents. Latvia notified the alert on the basis of border control detention, and the product has not yet been placed on the market. The risk is classified as potentially serious.
